A double yolk

Sorry for the glare. This egg was our first "bigger" egg and when I cracked it open there were two little yolks in there. No Danni, I didn't weigh it. Mainly because I don't have a scale here at home to do so. I'm waiting until after Christmas, just in case someone got the hint that I wanted a scale. ;0)

I love double yolkers! Mom use to save them for me to eat 'cause I was always amazed at two eggs in one.

Wow - those double yolkers are exciting, aren't they?

Gail: It was quite a surprise to me. The egg wasn't any bigger than a smallish large egg.

Danni: It was pretty exciting! Ha! I'm one step ahead of you, I just requested that one from my library. I also have a spinach, potato and bacon frittata on the menu for tomorrow-that's ten eggs in one dish. Yahoo!
