Monday night we started getting snow. Yesterday morning they cancelled school. We had maybe three inches but the forecast was for more and "wintry mix".

We woke to this. They cancelled school last night about 9PM.
Sooo, this is today. It's beautiful and blinding. We were going to go sledding at the Reservoir but we couldn't make it out of the driveway. Once we hit the snow covered rock lane we were stuck. It took us 10 minutes to get unstuck and back to the garage. So, the boys are playing in the yard and on the hill.

It looks like your children had a ball in the snow (your little dog too). We haven't had any yet, I kinda doubt we will. It has been fun though watching all the families on the internet playing in it :)

We got about 5 inches, I think. The kids were out today, too. It looked really, really pretty....from inside my house!
Well, glad your boys are enjoying it. Here, we're sick to death of it!!! ;)
What fun! J wanted to bring his snowboard down and join your boys. They were talking about it before even seeing the pictures! They were all watering at the mouth at the thought of the big hill and how fun tht would be to sled down!!!
