Exercise.....

Oh, exercise, sweet exercise how I despise you. And yet you lift me up and help to make me whole again. Thirty minutes in the AM and it's like the winds of changed rushed in and blew the blues away. I had already decided to get on the elliptical and my dear Hubby asked, cautiously, are you going to go for a walk or anything today? He knows that exercise helps lift my mood. He knows that it's hard for me to fit it into my day. But he was brave and asked, some other time I might not have responded as well as I did today. It helped seal the deal so to speak. I knew I should and I did. Yay for me!

Stop unpacking! Sell your new house, and come here and motivate me, even to take a walk.

Time has come for me to Stop The Frenzy and exercise also; my lackadaisical-ness was fun while it lasted...

I like this entry; I know, I KNOW that a walk or a few situps does wonders, and yet I don't make it a priority. Thanks for the reminder!!

Soon you'll be walking that dog every morning (maybe not in the winter) and she'll become even more devoted to you! That's my exercise: a morning walk with Cassie. It's tough to get myself out there every day, but she needs it and loves it. Walking is much more fun just because of Cassie's doggie delight of it!~
